The Marble Man - Brisbane

I would rate my experience with the Marble Man 10 out of 10. The office staff were very good and knew their stuff. I was glad that they was patient and professional when I forgot to send back the paperwork. 😆 ​ The operations manager was very very good, underpromising and overdelivering. My original appointment was for 10 December and he said that if he had a gap, my job would be done sooner. Well here it is 1st of December and it's all done. Thanks Luke. ​ ​The completed job looks good or at least I think it does, as I can't remember where it was. In other words, it is invisible and again 10 out of 10. The Marble Man offers good value for money. No doubt. ​ ​Have I got any suggestions on how to improve? No, just keep doing what they are doing and doing it so well. I will not hesitate to recommend The Marble Man to friends and acquaintances should the circumstances arise. Needless to say, but I will not hesitate to call The Marble Man's services back should the need arise.

Our experience with The Marble Man was so positive from start to finish. The booking was easy and very supportive and efficient . We were kept in the loop re booking time even when I thought I would have to change times and threw a spanner in the works. There was no problem and everyone was more than supportive. John arrived on the dot and was friendly and efficient. We both have a love of dogs and so while he worked we chatted about our fur babies. He did an amazing job and I am so happy with it (I know where the crack was in our Caesar Stone bench and struggle to see where it was, and nobody else would even notice it) I highly recommend The Marble Man - tick, tick, tick.

The cleaning, filling, buffing and sealing of the Marble floor bathroom was amazing, looks better than the day the tiles were put in! Staff turned up on time and were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience with The Marble Man. Was an easy process from quote to booking the service. Zac was our technician and he completed the work to a lovely standard. He was kind and courteous and left our home spotless after resurfacing our dining table at our home. He succeeded in removing long standing stains, scratches and watermarks from the table and provided helpful advice for ongoing maintenance of the stone.
