I first got in touch with George (GoRenew Pty Ltd) regarding a leaning brick wall/fence that we wanted fixed. From his first response to the completion of his job, George has been incredibly friendly, kind and professional. Not only was George highly communicative, knowledgeable in his work and very punctual, he is very passionate about delivery high quality work with best results and outcomes. He takes his time to explain what needs to be done, which has been very helpful in our situation where our leaning fence turned out to have issues with a very shallow and weak foundation. This meant that more work was required than initially thought, but George was very patient and reassuring that he could fix it by underpinning and working around our electronic gate (and associated conduits) attached to the fence. George is very meticulous with his approach, ensuring every detail and step in his work is executed to the highest standards. He made sure that his repointing of our fence blended in seamlessly with the existing colours and textures. He was also very thorough with cleaning up after his job, making sure the area he worked in was as clean and tidy as he found it. I also have to mention that George was very fair and reasonable with his pricing, making it very affordable for the amount of work that has to be done to our fence. Apart from the above, all I can say is George has far exceeded my expectations on what could be done with our leaning fence. I am very impressed with his level of professionalism, his work ethic, punctuality, communication and most of all, his pride in delivering high quality work. George (GoRenew Pty Ltd) has very recently repaired our rendered garden wall which has been leaning for years and had a serious movement problem with a corner joint. George was responsive, always punctual and had a clear solution from the first assessment. Not only has the wall been straightened using both pressure and 'Go Bars', the corner is now back in alignment and the front panel no longer in danger of falling. Both sections repaired have been considerably strengthened and are now ready for painting. Knowledge, skill, experience and attention to detail were on full display at all times. Thanks George.

I contacted GoRenew (George) to assist with repairing a section of brick wall of my house where the mortar was crumbling and falling out. George assessed the situation and was very helpful with advising what he thought was needed. He replaced the crumbling mortar and very closely matched the existing mortar. George was very neat and tidy. I would highly recommend him for any similar work.

George was the only one that responded to come out and give me a quote for mortar repairs on my townhouse. George was also happy to provide a quote for next door at the same time. George also identified cracks. The repairs have all been completed and the cracks reinforced. I am very happy with the outcome and the quality of his work. George also left the areas clean! Have had issues before and was not done nearly to the standard that George produces. Would highly recommend George to anyone.
