Wonderful customer service by CDBS staff. I made an online purchase for a Chapin concrete sprayer, then today I had to cancel the order due to unforseen circumstances. I contacted the store and the staff member was so understanding & helpful. She cancelled my order and refunded my Paypal account promptly, no problems. I bought a Hsuqvarna mow-bot from CDBS and was very nervous as it was a big investment for us. Patrick walked me through the pros and cons and knew every detail about his products. He gave me the best comparative price as well. But the reason I'm writing this review is the AFTER-SALES service. Many companies will sell you something and their service/support after the sale is shocking. Patrick not only took the time to answer my additional questions but went above-and-beyond and actually came out to my rural property to help me set it up and show me how it worked in situ. He also pointed out potential issues based on my specific lawn and gave great experiential advice. He was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. I can't recommend CDBS enough. Don't go anywhere else.

I had a chainsaw that stopped working unexpectedly. CDBS gave very prompt, clear, and practical advice as to what the problem was; what the options now were; and the various costs of different options. So, very professional service.
