Louvre sunroof insert just installed by the team at Outdoor InDesign. It looks great and our back deck will get a lot more use now it is ‘weather proof’. The team at Outdoor InDesign were very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and cost competitive.

We can’t speak highly enough of the team. Adrian helped us design our large outdoor pergola whilst maintaining the natural light. Then once we agreed on the final specifications it all happened in a timely manner. Dean was great to deal with and made sure that the build remained on track. We had a retractable awning install 6m x 4m. Outdoor Design were great with assisting in design as an additional infill was required. Their communication and professional service was great. Would highly recommend them.

I first reached out to Outdoor Indesign via Stratco in early 2022. After having Adrian come out to discuss some options and take measurements I was provided with a highly detailed, itemised quote including 3D renders of what the final result could look like for our Stratco Verandah and Trex Decking. I was also provided with a rough timeframe after a deposit was made of when I would expect our job to start. After about 4 months I had organised financing and after adding some extra features had made our deposit and given an expected start date of November. After an extremely wet winter our job was pushed back to the start of February which was fine. Mark first made contact with me in January to organise a final measure and our Job promptly started early in February. The guys had the verandah up in 3 days which gave us a good idea of what it was going to look like, the deck subfloor and decking took about week and a half with Mark attending once or twice to oversee and sort out any issues. The guys were friendly and didn't mind our dog trying to help. Decking complete we then had lighting and motorised blinds installed, both installers were friendly and accommodating to time constraints on my wife and I. In the end for a project of this size, we were extremely happy with the thoroughness of the process, communication with Adrian, Mark, Lynette and the trades. My wife and I are extremely happy with the end result, and we've had nothing but good feedback from our Neighbours and friends that have come to see. Would recommend Outdoor Indesign to any of my friends looking for a Deck or Verandah for sure!

In short, I cannot recommend Verandah Solutions highly enough, from our initial meeting with Tom who came for the quotation, we were given great advice about our options to ensure we have our verandah build perfectly. I must say we have made the right decision having Verandah Solutions to do this job! We now have a very beautiful, well constructed enclosed/outdoor area for the kids to play with in all weather conditions :) They have made it very easy from beginning till the end, Mark listened to what we wanted, suggested the appropriate option and went above and beyond in answering all my questions throughout the whole process, his team of polite & friendly tradesmen carried out the installation with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Kate has been very helpful and absolutely amazing in keeping us informed with each stage. I am a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Verandah Solutions to anyone interested in dealing with a team of true professionals.
