Tree FX Quality Tree Management

Probably should have put a review on for Tree FX sooner. I think today was the 5th time I've had them out to work on our trees(mountain ash) in the Dandenong Ranges. Everything about working with Tree FX is smooth from speaking with admin staff and the arborists. The teams that come are always polite, friendly, informative and efficient. The team always keep us updated and have put bracing in our mountain ash numerous times as opposed to cutting down trees. I don't even bother with getting other quotes anymore Tree FX are my go to when I need my trees checked/pruned or braced. They always leave the place tidy and we've reccomended them to family. 5☆

We always try and use local businesses so when Tree FX came up in a search we were impressed with the services offered and the positive reviews. We contacted Tree FX to arrange for a quote to cut back 3 trees that were shading our lawn. The quote seemed reasonable so we did not contact any others and agreed to go ahead. A date and time was agreed and the team turned up on time. They did an amazing job and were constantly checking with us to make sure that they were cutting back enough. They cleaned up with no trace that they had been other than we could now see the sun. Great job and well done. We would recommend Tree FX.

We originally had treefx out to cut down and remove the stumps of several trees. They went above and beyond and left us satisfied customers. We have just had the crew back to remove a large gum, trim some other trees and remove a stump. The removal of the gum required a lot of logistical planning and communication with neighbours as the tree needed to be dropped onto their property. This was all dome with a no fuss attitude and in a professional manner. They removed and put back sections of the fence, I can't tell where they did this from my side. Highly reccomend if you want the job done right. Amazing work.

Tree FX team helped us with a number of jobs in our back garden, which included the creation of a habitat tree from a dead and unstable Eucalyptus (images attached don't do justice to a fantastic job). They were: on time, courteous, professional, thorough and respectful of our property and the others on the development. For me it was important that they clearly explained what they were going to do, how and why and they left the place in an immaculate condition. I would very strongly recommend calling Tree FX for a quote, instead of trying to take care of overgrown trees in the garden yourself - its saves time & hassle, and in our case has left us with a completely renewed back garden.

It's always a pleasure to have Dean and his arboral team work on my trees, even better that it's at a reasonable price. They are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and great at cleaning up when finished. I am more than happy to recommend them to others.
