The house I bought had a garden that was overgrown with thick shrubs, ferns and over 25 different kinds of very big and very tall Palms. Yesterday, Jayden and a crew of 4 others came on time to cut and remove them. It was very impressive to see them climbing up the palms. They did such an amazing job. The team is polite, professional and organized. I was happy with the cost and they left the garden tidy. I would highly recommended them. We had some massive bamboo from our neighbours property overhanging & invading our backyard! I contacted many companies to see if they could trim it back! Many I either didn’t hear back from or the quotes were extremely high! Treesafe were the only ones with an acceptable quote & even a date before Christmas that it could be done! They arrived exactly on time a team of 5 lovely people to tackle the job! They did a wonderful job better than I hoped! I needed expert advice on what to do with and how to remove trees on a busy tree line prior to the installation of a new boundary fence. I was fortunate to have Justin Harvey, Senior Consulting Aborist attend to give advice. He came promptly and took time to carefully explain options and then gave his opinion and recommendation. He raised issues I hadn't thought of and ChatGPT hadn't mentioned so it was well worth paying for professional advice.

They turned up when they said they would, did exactly what I asked without any supervision from me, charged what they quoted. My job was to clear my side area of plants that had grown so thick and strong I could barely get to my bins let alone open them. As well as cut down a tree that was getting so big it was pushing over my fence and making it impossible to open. The quality of the job they did genuinely exceeded my expectations. I arrived home just as they were finishing up and the team was professional and courteous to me. No “Darl” or annoying references as I’ve grown used to putting up with all to often. Their communication before hand and checking in afterwards was also very professional and genuine.

The crew from Treesafe were recently in the area that I live (Peregian Springs) where they were removing a couple of trees from the nature strip next door to my property. I just want to send a huge thank you to Stephen and the crew for the extremely professional way in which they carried out the task. They left the area in such a clean and tidy state, and even made a few log seats for the kids to sit on. They loved it.
