Huge thank you to Kat, Sam and the crew of guys from River City Trees! From the moment I called, Kat was so kind, warm, friendly, professional and understanding (let's not forget patient while I tried to explain what I needed while having no idea what I was talking about!). Kat was so accommodating and organised for Sam to come and quote the next morning and explained when they would be able to do the service so I could make an informed decision when I got the quote. Sam arrived the next morning right on time and again was so friendly and professional, he put me at ease straight away that what I felt like was a monster job would be easily sorted. I got the quote straight away which I felt was a great price for the work involved and accepted the quote knowing it may not happen straight away. Well in steps super Kat to the rescue!!! She rang me straight away "no problem I've been able to fit you in in a couple days time" what a gem!! The boys arrived and the first thing they did was apologise... for being 20 minutes late! I was shocked as I run tradies myself and always have a buffer window of arrival and hadn't thought twice of the time, it was refreshing to see they truly care about the service they provide right down to the time. They didn't muck around, checked I was happy with the scope of work and got straight into it. They didn't stop once and were done in no time. In the original scope of work I had just asked to include 2 low hanging branches over the driveway but the boys asked if I would like a couple more cut back that were getting close the roof that I hadn't even realised and tidied up a bush - again incredible service. They cleaned everything up before they left. I have no problem at all recommending the team at River City Trees and will absolutely be using them again! Thank you all

Very professional from start to finish. They came and conducted a quote and had the work booked in very quick and even ended up doing it earlier than planned. Price is very competitive but more satisfied with the quality of the work. Everything has been done exactly as quoted. No mess left behind and just a great job all round.

River City Trees are absolutely fantastic. I have had them out to several large jobs for more than a decade. Most recently they did a very large job for us. Our block is difficult and access is extremely limited, the trees were large, the weather woefully hot with a tricky job over several of our neighbours yards. The teams were extremely professional, turned up early to set up so they could start right on time, were extremely friendly cheerful and efficient, no complaints form any of the team, our neightbours were very complimentary. No issues and left nothing behind, cleaned up from the bottom of the back yard the kerb out the front. Can not recommend them highly enough.

River City Trees removed two very tall eucalypts which were a threat to our house. It was a two day job. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up as they lowered branches and limbs to the ground. The main trunks left dents in the grass when they were felled, and RCT brought topsoil and filled in the holes. When the job was completed, RCT raked up the leaves and twigs. We absolutely recommend RCT.
