These guys came to take down a huge unstable tree on footpath for council. These men were friendly, helpful, speaking to all neighbours who had never ending questions. Very professional and did great work, safely, moving their truck when residents needed to access driveways and deserve recognition

These arborists are amazing!! Hardworking, very organised and worked as a team as well as being friendly and easy to communicate with. About two weeks ago, we had three large trees removed. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and were very easy to talk to. Before they left, two different arborists came and spoke to us to make sure we were happy with everything. Fast, efficient and professional service. Had the guys take a problem palm down in our back garden. All up it took the guys less than half an hour to cut, mulch, and clean up. All the guys were very friendly and more than helpful! Highly recommend Hi-Tech tree services for any job, big or small. My boss mentioned you all deserve a pay rise! Very quick to have Liam to site who provided great options and insight in to what could be done. Other companies we had quote had a more simplistic "cut that plant across there" approach but the HiTech team seemed to have more knowledge on what would provide a better long term solution. The quote was slightly higher than some others but the knowledge they has made it seem worthwhile. On the day a whole squad of friendly guys turned up and after clarifying exactly what needed to be done they set off to work. They had all the right equipment which all looked in good condition and they went to work making sure we got exactly what we needed. Ever cleaning up the areas around where they worked. In seemingly no time at all they checked I was happy with what was done and they were on their way. Very happy with the professionalism of the team and the work they performed.

Today we had the pleasure of having the team from high tec cut a palm tree down that was causing issues . NOT one plant around the palm was harmed at all , the clean up afterwards was better than most women would expect . I'm really fussy on my yard and this team blew my expectations out of the water . Even my neighbours commented about how clean they left our street . Well done guys . Would recommend to anyone needing there help . Great job , great guys and certainly great to watch them work as a team to complete the job . Everyone i spoke with today wss polite and well spoken . ( The boss needs to give you all a pay rise .
