Mal did the quote really quickly after I called them, price was fair and transparent, he was really honest and upfront about how my job would work, and when the guys turned up to do the job they really went above and beyond. They were lovely to my dogs, careful and cleaned more mess than they had made, can't fault them. Thanks mal and all the boys!

Very fast response for a sighting for a good quoted price, and they started work straight away the next morning. All of the workers are polite and are of sober minds and they are very professional. The clean up off trash afterwards was to a high standard, which is important in my predicament being across a couple of my neighbours house property’s.

I needed a tree removed , rang up Bumble Bee Thursday morning, Mal was at my place within an hour to get me a quote ; amazing, you don't get this very often here in Cairns; an hour later got an email from office with the very reasonable quote; unfortunately they are very busy so there could be a bit of a wait ! come Monday morning I get a call from Mal to inform me they got cancelation and they could be at my place in 2 hours , YES , please !!! ; the boys did a brilliant job, everything cleaned up , nothing left for me to do !! pretty stoked with Bumble Bee and I'm sure if I need tree loppers again I know who to call !
