What a nightmare, after the Christmas storm our yard at Mundoolun Estate was a mess. We needed several trees removed branches all over the place and a previous log from another disaster job not finished. Mitch and Hope were so knowledgeable professional and most importantly understanding. It is not easy to face this sort of damage, then the realisation of the work and cost. When all you want is to see the poor trees and mess cleaned up. Yes I got another quote which was cheaper however need to clarify what you need doing and Mitch is more than willing to help you understand what machinery he is using and it’s capabilities and then when armed with more explanation Mitch offered a more complete job for what I was looking for. With this knowledge and I have seen his teams work done previously from when he cleared our neighbours block. I was confident I chose the right people for my job. This morning job done and done. Brought me to tears. The team did a great job, made it look easy the expertise of these people, yes as the saying goes like a well oiled machine. Right down to 3yr old son willing to ride shot gun with mum in the truck and to in a big voice give out mums phone number for you to call if you need anything. We engaged Batchelor and Sons to drop a very large ironbark and another large gum. Both close to buildings. Dropped both exactly where they wanted them. Left us with the mulch at no extra cost which was a bonus. Raked and cleaned up everything. Great service. Thanks.
