We recently had a large, challenging two day job and couldn’t be happier with Jack Tree Loppers Sydney. Jack was extremely punctual and kept us updated throughout the entire process via text messages, which was incredibly reassuring. We obtained two quotes for the job, and while Jack’s pricing was very competitive, what really set him apart was his personability and professionalism. From our first conversation, Jack gave us confidence that we were in good hands. He clearly knows his craft and was very careful to ensure we remained compliant with council regulations, which was very reassuring. His team went above and beyond in every aspect, they were polite, hardworking, and took extra care with the cleanup, even carefully removing gates and lights from concrete pillars to make sure nothing was damaged. They were also fantastic with our four-legged little friends, keeping them safe and calm throughout the job, which made the whole experience even better. Jack arrived right on time to give the quote which was cheaper than three other quotes I'd had. He and his team arrived right on time to remove the tree and stump. They were efficient, took great care of the pots and rest of the garden (no trampling!) and cleaned up really well. They also stacked the left over timber exactly as requested. Jack came to inspect for maintanence cutting, he was there in morning he quoted that afternoon and we had he booked us in a week later. We're in complex so he inspected other trees whilst there which was helpful. On the day, he turned up on time we added another request which Jack was happy to help with. The trees and scrubs look soooo much healthier and will increase the longevity of the greeny on our property esp of the larger trees. We will have Jack and his team back !
