From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. The crew showed up on time, worked safely, and left everything clean when they were finished. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was very fair. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Prompt Tree Services to anyone in need of tree trimming or removal!

Prompt Tree Services did an incredible job at our strata building. The communication was easy from booking the date and discussing our requirements with Di in the office right through to Nathan and the team on the ground on the day. All of the trees were cut back thoughtfully and the site was left clean and tidy as if they had never been there. No fuss and an excellent job! We will definitely use this company again.

The team from PTS undertook clearing my overgrown backyard with Bougainvillea and Monsteras. Delaney was back again with a great team to clear my backyard again. I can only say once again I’m very happy with the work undertaken at a very reasonable rate and the tidiness of my property as they left. Will continue to use their services and am happy to recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service! Very happy to recommend Jeff and his team, who ran into locally in Bondi doing another job. After dealing with some rather dodgy ‘googled’ tree loppers, I felt very lucky that I ce across these guys and asked for their business card. Top job done by total professionals. The English guy who ran my job was superb, friendly, and very efficient. It’s not often I bother to write a review, as most Australian companies I deal with make me feel like they are doing me a favour doing a job with their services. Not the case with Prompt Tree Services. Good service, no attitude and totally professional. Thank you !

We were very satisfied with Prompt Tree Services. They came when they said they would, did an excellent job and consulted us to make sure we were happy before leaving.
