Bob and Ben the Tree Men

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Seen the crew working on the neighbour’s yard and I was so impressed I ended up calling them to trim our big gum tree in the front of my place. They exceeded my expectation at every level of engagement. Perfect communication, punctual, competent team carried out an amazing job in a professional and safe manner. If there were any points for improvement, I would mention something, but there really isn’t any.

I had used Bob and Ben the tree men in the past, and didn’t hesitate to use them again. They communicate well and are efficient. The team that came to do the job were polite and respectful. They did a great job and the site was left clean. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I accepted a quotation from Bob and Ben the Tree Men (BBTM) to cut and remove an 8 metre high Tipachina in the front yard overhanging the neighbours fence. Clearly with the risk of damaging the neighbours property was a concern however they arrived when they said they would with 5 men a trailer mounted mulcher and all the necessary equipment to safely remove and dispose of the tree. A feature of their work on site was there detailed planning and execution of work before they commenced the works and the detailed cleanup of all waste at completion. There are plenty of cowboys out there offering to remove trees but the risk they pose to people and property is just not worth it. Based on the works performed at my property in Menai I would not hesitate to recommend BBTM for all tree removal regardless of the size of project. David B Menai

I was fortunate enough to engage Bob & Ben The Tree Men to remove a couple of trees on my property, one of which had a branch fall onto 2 houses during a storm. The whole process with this company from the quote, which was very reasonable, to the removal were nothing short of outstanding. The men who came to complete the job were totally professional, friendly & excellent at their trade & cleaned up beautifully. On Thursday 4 December 2025, the Team from Bob and Ben arrived at my residence in Heathcote, NSW at 7.30am to commence removal of four medium trees, and for pruning a large tree The Team briefed me on their intended procedures and were quickly into action, setting up the large crane that they had brought with them for the task, as well as their other support equipment. I was impressed by the professional performance and safe working practices that were evident as they carefully proceed to remove the trees, reducing them to wood chips with their other equipment, also clearing any residue left in the area from the tree removals. The task was completed successfully in all regards by about 11.30 am that day. I definitely highly recommend Bob and Ben, The Tree Men to anyone that requires tree removal or pruning - by comparison to others I have used over the last 30 years I would say Bob and Ben are the best available by far, definitely 'value for money' as well.
