I rang Ben with an enquiry and he spent time over the phone discussing my issues with my washing machine and dishwasher. He was very upfront with the costs relating to the job as he considered my needs as a possible customer. He provided me with some troubleshooting ideas and gave me great advice. We decided that the job was not worth a callout and his advice led me to rectify one of my issues. Thank you very much Ben.
