From start to finish a 5 star experience. Jacinta on the phone was a gem and Josh fixing my washer was not only competent and professional but friendly and just a nice guy all ‘round. Would recommend 100% and will use again 100%.

Such a great company. We had a drainage problem with our Bosch Series 8 washing machine. Jacinta was super friendly and responsive in organising one of the repair technicians to attend in 2 days and all fixed. Great overall communication and super friendly attitude from admin and the technician.

Fix It All was recommended by a kitchen appliance store in Heidelberg. Due to December/January holiday season, we waited for an available slot. It was definitely worth the wait! We got our oven, gas cooktop & rangehood replaced and Craig did a great job. We are very satisfied with the quality of his work. Simone was nice to deal with on the phone. Craig also gave us some practical advice. I highly recommend their company. They are one of the best companies my husband and I dealt with.
