  Our ECM Synchronic had a pump fault, I organised a new pump for the machine and was given the incorrect one, should have been the short neck but I was given a long neck pump. The tech that came over said not to worry we will make it work and in fact he did. Since then I’ve had a few issues with my machine which may have been caused by the installation of the new pump & the emptying of the Boiler. Marco came out to have look over, It was an odd scenario although we couldn't see anything you could hear the smallest leak. Marco checked all the fittings on the steam boiler to make sure they were tight in which they were and he's come to the conclusion that it could possibly be the safety Valve. Marco was very thorough with everything. I highly recommend the team at Coffee for Marco. Thank you Guys

I had a difficult, recurrent issue with my machine not heating properly, and they were quickly able to pinpoint and fix the cause. I also appreciated Marco taking the time to walk me through the finer points of water supply/filtration installation—he had everything I needed right in the shop. Highly recommend!"
