I have finally met an honest repair man!! I am over 70 and it is sad that it has taken me this long to find a genuinely honest, reliable service technician. Scott Campbell from Innovative Appliances at Merrimac is the only person i will ever call should I need repairs in the future. I cannot recommend Scott more highly for honesty, punctuality, reasonable costings and excellent service. Do yourself a favour and call Scott first.

Top service! Fixed my F&P dishwasher double draw in 30 mins, had all the tools, parts, and was even able to teach us how to pause one draw and work on the other draw, plus super expert on what products to use (and not to use) to preserve life of machine and get best results. Absolutely recommended, family business, and just a professional, expert, and down to earth bloke who knows his stuff. Thank you!

Scott was amazing. Arrived when he said he would, investigated unknown problems and fixed them efficiently and for a good price. Gave great advice on product usage to help my dish drawers and washing machine work better. He also had all parts on him so was able to fix everything in one visit. Would highly recommend.
