SEQ Appliance Repair

I don't want to drag down the star rating if they are providing a good service, but just wanted to save anyone wasting their time as I did. Though their website says they service businesses. this is not really true. Upon requesting they provide SWMS and do a very basic induction (2 minutes), they cancelled my booking as they do not provide either apparently. They clarified in an email that they are primarily a domestic/residential service. Communication was otherwise good; it just took a couple of days to arrive at this conclusion.

Our technician was very patient and respectful of us wasting time on the dishwasher or purchasing another. He was clever enough to fix and we are very happy. The ordering of parts was good and the company did a fair price for us. Yes I would recommend

Kobe attended to our washing machine recently, he let us know when he was on his way and attended within the arranged window. What a lovely man…Kobe went about his job without any fuss and was so thorough. He let us know what he did, what the next steps are and he worked so cleanly and efficiently. We are very impressed with Kobe and SEQ Appliance Repair..it’s a shame the original manufacturer doesn’t have an easy to arrange service process! Keep up the good work team.
