GC APPLIANCE SERVICE

Had a issue with my Smeg induction top. Request to fix was sent to GC service via Brisbane. Contacted me on the day and arranged a time to attend. Anthony attended and did a great job with replacing the faulty control boards and checking everything was in working order. All done very professionally and on time. Thanks.

I had a Smeg oven which was not reaching temperature. Michael from Gold Coast Appliance arrived on time, took only minutes to diagnose the problem and fixed it in about 20 minutes. Great service, thank you

I had an issue with my smeg oven and Michael was sent for the warranty repair. Absolutely incredible service! I was contacted promptly to arrange a suitable day and Michael kept me posted about his arrival time. I was delighted he was able to fix my oven on the spot by replacing the thermostat. He went the extra mile by also fixing my gas cooktop 🙌 while he was waiting for the oven to heat up to check the new thermostat was working accurately. The service was above and beyond my expectations. Very happy - thank you Michael!

This is the 3rd time over the years we have had Michael from Gc Appliance Service, come to service our Smeg cooktop and today was our oven. Michael is outstanding and goes out of his way to make sure the appliance is working again in perfect condition like new. He is courteous and polite and nothing is a bother. His knowledge and expertise is excellent. When I called to make the appointment the receptionist was equally lovely and polite, very efficient. This business certainly deserves 5 golden stars. We bought an Ilve oven a few years ago and have unfortunately required several visits from Michael at GC Appliances to rectify different repairs. We were initially introduced to GC Appliances through Ilve's product warranty program and we continue to use this company because each interaction, the GC Appliances team have provided excellent communication; are punctual to appointment times and clearly explain what the issues are. Their pricing is reasonable and customer service and product knowledge exceptional. GC Appliances are a great local company that put their customers first.
