Brandon from Brisbane Appliance Rescue helped us with a very old fridge, his knowledge base is very impressive. I highly recommend this business. Brisbane Appliance Rescue was recommended by a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response to my enquiry. From the first pleasant call from the office, to the txt giving me the approximate arrival time of a technician (Matt) who diagnosed the problem and informed me that a part would need to be ordered and that I would be advised of it's arrival. Again, I received a txt informing me that the part had arrived and a date and approximate time a technician would arrive ( if suitable).As arranged, a technician ( Brandon) arrived and installed the part with a minimum of fuss and left me with an invoice for the original quote. I dealt with Brisbane Appliance Rescue as they were in my area. I arranged for an inspection of my Samsung fridge. Brandon was the tech who came and he diagnosed the problem, fitted one part, then came back a couple days later and fitted another part which had to be orderedin. So my Xmas present has been a working fridge, courtesy of Brandon and Brisbane Appliance Rescue. Thanks to Brandon and the team back at the office.
