  I've used Ryan previously to repair my oven, and he did a great job. Just spoke to him about repairing my fridge and he noted that compressor issues were a common issue with the model and would likely be covered by warranty, so recommended i contact the manufacturer. Can't get more trustworthy advice than that. Will definitely be using Ryan for any future issues.

  I had Ryan attend to my Smeg oven. Firstly, he arrived on time and called ahead as he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately. He had the parts with him saving added time and cost. His work was thorough and professional and fixed in less than an hour. Left the site clean and tidy.   Had a great experience with The Appliance Repair Guy repairing a faulty water/ice dispenser on my fridge. Easy to book and they kept in touch with me about arrival time. Ryan was able to identify the problem and had bought the part along with him so was able to fix it on the spot. All sorted in half an hour. Very happy with the service, thank you.

Ryan was the technician who came out, and he was right on time. He was friendly, professional, and got straight to work. The issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly without any hassle.
