Extremely knowledgable about the equipment and the best service technicians in sydney hands down! Youseff attended to our Merrychef and had all the parts to get it repaired on hand. While waiting for the oven to heat up he noticed a noise on our dishwasher and he found that the pump was spinning the wrong way due to being wired wrong! He rewired it correctly and the unit has been working better than ever! The team go above and beyond and after 30 years in the industry I have never seen service work like this.
