I called John on the phone and explained my problem with the fridge evaporator fan not working. He spent a good 10mins on the phone helping me diagnose the issue with little information I gave him. He told me to replace the fan motor. It solved the problem fridge is now working. Thankyou John you are a gem mate!

John gave me the quickest, over the phone, fix for my Miele washing, that worked in resolving my technical issue. He could have easily booked a service call and charged me.
