For any appliances repair I highly recommend this company. At first I was disappointed to be told just within 10 minutes my Samsung fridge can’t be repaired. I paid $170 call out fee just to be told of the issue. I was very disappointed The next day I called and was referred to the supervisor Jodie. I’m very grateful to Jodie knowing that I can claim half of the amount of the call out fee through Samsung. I bought a new fridge today from Samsung. It made me feel better thank you SAS Repairs for your excellent customer service🏆

Erik with a K! Gave outstanding service, he went above and beyond in my opinion to check the warranty status of my repair and I was able to get the entire cost covered. If it weren't for him I would have been out of pocket over $200 after loosing a fridge/freezer full of food. He was also very helpful with showing me to to remove certain shelves to make cleaning of it easier. Thank you for you great service Erik 😊

When my fridge just stopped working, I thought that I was also going to loose all the food I had just brought grocery shopping the previous day. The helpful team at Sydney Appliance Specialists were so prompt, that they had a repair man there the next morning. They were able to save my fridge from going to the dump and my food was able to be saved as well at a great price! Highly recommend!
