    Very happy with the service. Harry called before arriving, arrived well within the "window" I was given by the office. He tested the oven thoroughly without wasting time and rectified the fault quickly. He was polite, friendly and professional the whole time. I was happy to have him in my home.... sometimes with other businesses I don't want to leave the representative alone because they don't feel trustworthy. Harry however feels instantly trustworthy. Thank you for an all round pleasant experience.
