I took my Breville coffee machine to BeanPro for repairs. I was helped by a guy named John, who explained several things about my machine that I didn’t know. On top of that, it wasn’t frothing milk properly and he fixed it much faster than I expected. I’m honestly very grateful and happy with the customer service. I’m just amazed by the service from BeanPro. I took my Breville Oracle Espresso machine for repair as it was not switched on. I handed over the machine yesterday afternoon and next morning my quote was ready and was repaired and the team at Beanpro was kind enough to give it a cleaning as well.
