I'm happy to share my positive experience. Firstly, the technician that came out, Matt, was fantastic. He is a very personable and knowledgable individiual. My experiences with the admin team was also first rate. The were extremely easy to deal with. I recommend M&C and am happy to go to them the next time any of my appliances need repair.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mayer Cochran. Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with one of our appliances, and nothing was too much trouble. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding a solution for us. It’s rare these days to come across a company that stands by their customers the way they do. We truly appreciated the support and the way everything was handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mayer Cochran to anyone looking for reliable service and a company that actually cares about their customers.

My cloth dryer didn't work for a couple of months. We tried to figure out first what was wrong and thought it was heating element. When Mayner & Cochran sent Adam, he checked it out and found it wasn't the problem but something else. He broguht new part and fixed it in no time. Adam is not a man of many words but a genuine and nice guy. He was a very skilled technician. It was such an easy and good experience from making a phone call to Mayner & Cochran and Adam coming and fixing it. It's so good to be able to dry clothes in such cold Canberra winter. Thank you so much Adam!!!

Very impressed with the services, from Zara taking my calls and Chris coming out and servicing/ trouble shooting / fixing my combo washer dryer (a troublesome machine to fix), we felt well communicated with and looked after.
