I had Adessa come in to assist me with some works as part of a deceased estate. The boys were not only punctual and professional but also sympathetic and sensitive during what is an extremely stressful time. Can't thank them enough, highly recommend.

Aden from Adessa Electrical was AMAZING, genuine and very reasonable and well below other quotes with pricing. Aden was engaged to come and install a new security system. He was very understanding to my situation and wanted to do all he could to work around my needs. The persistence and genuine commitment to do all he could to complete the job in time, but couldn’t due to circumstances not in his control, stayed back way after hours because of the complexity of the job. Aden did all he could to problem solve what was being a blocker to the install, even coming back the following day on a weekend to finish off what he couldn’t finish the day before. After realising I needed a new internet modem to compete the task, Aden came out a 3rd time to help me reinstall all my cameras when I got my new internet network. With so much bad luck and experiences with tradesman who have come into my home and done so much more damage, Aden has given me hope that there are some true and genuine tradesmen out there that really care not only about their work but also about their customers. Aden THANK YOU for everything you and your worker has done for me and my family. We are forever grateful for all the care and understanding you gave our family whilst working in our home. A true 5 Star Rating.
