Cooling By Design

We had a great experience with Cooling By Design. The team was efficient, professional, and highly dedicated from start to finish. Communication was clear, the work was well organised, and everything was completed on time. The installation was done to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The technicians were knowledgeable, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work. The system works perfectly and the overall quality exceeded our expectations. Reliable, professional, and high-quality service. We would highly recommend Cooling By Design to anyone looking for air conditioning services.

First time using Cooling by Design for a commercial A/C clean and install, and I’m seriously impressed! Our ceilings are nearly 5 metres high (a nightmare for most), but the team handled it without hesitation and—most importantly—without shortcuts. They were professional, careful, and thorough from start to finish. They pressure cleaned with care, making sure all water was contained—check the photos for yourself. We also had a new system installed at the same time, and this too was fitted professionally and seamlessly. In the past we’ve had “cleans” that were little more than a quick filter rinse followed by an excessive charge for ladder hire. Cooling by Design were the complete opposite—fair, reasonable, and they actually left the air feeling fresh and crisp straight away. Bonus points: they even came out on a public holiday so our business hours weren’t disrupted. Amazing! 🙌 A solid 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with Cooling By Design. Their team provided outstanding service from the initial inquiry through to the installation of my new air conditioning units. Their HVAC engineer’s expertise was invaluable in preparing the engineering assessment and documentation required for Strata approval.

I recently experienced an issue with my home air-conditioning system repeatedly tripping the power. Despite having a very busy schedule, the technician kindly made the effort to come over and inspect the problem. He was professional, thorough, and explained the situation clearly so I could understand what was happening. I truly appreciate his willingness to fit me in at short notice and his excellent service. Highly recommended.
