Alfi helped us choose the best air conditioner units for our needs and installed expertly and timely, plus re-situated our existing large unit to a more convenient location. One year later and results have been fabulous with perfectly quiet and trouble free winter/summer temp control. Alfi recently returned to service the units with attention to detail. Alfie came out today after we were told by another company that our ducted a/c was broken and needed to be upgraded. Rachel was super courteous and friendly over the phone and Alfie came out the same day. After a brief check of our existing equipment in the roof, Alfie found a piece of plastic that had broken off and was causing our issue. I was super impressed with Alfie not trying to rip us off and say we needed to upgrade when we didn't need to. Rest assured, when our system does need upgrading we will definitely be choosing Alfa Air to do the job.
