  Our old Brivis ducted system with ICE add on failed during a run of some extreme hot days, so we needed a quick solution. Coldflow responded fast. Within days they inspected the old system, assessed our double storey home, and gave us clear options with practical advice. We chose their recommendation and installed two Fujitsu units, one upstairs and one downstairs. The team completed the install in a single day. They were extremely professional, explained everything and had it all running perfectly. Through the recent heatwave, the performance has been excellent. The house has stayed comfortable all day. I cannot say enough on how good the new systems are compared to the old unit. Professional, efficient, caring and easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend Coldflow for any ducted upgrade or new install.

  On a 45° day, my husband and I fully expected the installation to be postponed—and understandably so. Instead, the team arrived early with smiles on their faces, keen to make sure we had all the information we needed. Nick and his team got straight to work despite what was truly a horrendous day. I still can’t quite believe that we’re now sitting in a perfectly temperature-controlled home, with our 8-month-old baby fast asleep in a comfortable 26° bedroom—all thanks to the team pushing through under such tough conditions.   Fantastic service from ColdFlow right through from initial on-site quote through to install. The install team were very professional, checked in with me where they needed to adjust installation placement when any issues arose. Everything was vacuumed inside and swept up outside. The quality and care taken is evident in the finished result. I had several quotes from others who promised a lot but I lacked confidence in the quality they would deliver. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend ColdFlow.

  Very happy with our new Breezair evaporative cooling unit. Nick and Ben completed the installation efficiently and professionally, and Nick was extremely helpful in taking the time to explain how Soo and I can get the best performance from the system. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish, including my dealings with Arman Surenian during the sales process. I did have an issue with the initial install of my split system but James & Adam from the main office followed up with me and sent me Mel, with his team, and did a great just fixing it! Big ticks, thank you. Even connected the outdoor water outlet to the drain right next to the unit, which wasn't the issue but I'm very grateful they did it. This is why you would go with Coldflow over an individual. You have a team to follow-up with and they are able to get someone else out to fix it. You don't get that if you go with an individual contractor!

  Jessie and Michael attended promptly and were very friendly and personable. The split system problem was diagnosed quickly and fixed on the spot. They also cleaned and serviced the unit and I am extremely happy with their work. I have no hesitation with recommending the boys and have asked to be placed on their biennial service list. My dog (a very good judge of character) loved them too!
