Cummins Contracting - Heating and Air Conditioning

An exceptional experience from start to finish! An exceptional experience from start to finish thanks to Paul and his team! We engaged Cummins Contracting over summer to get a few Mitsubishi split systems installed and Paul and his team were fantastic. Paul came out to do a quick site inspection and helped plan out where to best place the indoor and outdoor units. He was very friendly, punctual and reliable, always returning calls and arriving when scheduled. He even had the AC installer and electrician come over to verify the placements before providing a quote and committing to the install. The installation team (Glen, Paddy and Tomo) were equally as punctual, skilled and worked with a high attention to detail. They arrived on time on the day the installation was scheduled and Paul would often come on site too to lend a hand. The team worked efficiently and were meticulous, not cutting any corners and ensuring the best quality was achieved even if that meant extra work or materials were needed. We now have a great working split system installed thanks to everyone involved and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with a reliable and punctual company like this (and is rare these days!). I will always be engaging Paul and his team for anything AC related in the future. Thanks Cummings Contracting!

Rob was very responsive to my email asking for a quote to change over my old Brivis ducted gas heating, and came out to look at the job on the same day. He obviously has decades of experience and a good understanding of my requirements. He gave a fair price on the spot and his installer Michael was here within 2 days to install a new heating unit and controller. I wanted the base of the unit built up and re levelled and that wasn't a problem and was not an extra charge. Michael arrived early and had the new system installed and tested within 2 hours. Stress free and professional from start to finish. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Prompt, professional and reliable service from Cummings Contracting. Same-day inspection after our air con failed in 41°C and installation within 48 hours during the Melbourne heatwave. Special thanks to Rob, Maxine and Glen for their excellent support. Highly recommended!

We wanted to install this Brivis heating and add on cooling, I had 4 quotes and it was confusing at start. However Cummins approached me quickly, Paul took all measurements in the house and quickly came up with a design and added many extra features competing others in the area. Paul and Adrian did an amazing job. Paul choose this 5 star Brivis system works very quite. everything was cleaned and neat at the end. Thank you
