Corey did a great job with sales, understanding my unique requirements and putting together a proposal. In the end it was 1x split install indoor/outdoor, 1 x old split outdoor unit moved, plus ducted reverse cycle fitted upstairs, with some unique requirements with ducting and raked timber ceilings that Corey tailored a plan for. The job wasn't straightforward. All Fujitsu gear. On the day everything was subcontracted and everyone was in a bit of a rush to do their bit as quickly as they can and get out. Corey was not present. I suspect this is fairly common in the industry. What is important is that Corey took full responsibility for the quality of the subcontractors work, and where there were some minor issues and things that needed tidying up, he arranged for them to return and remediate until I was happy. If he didn't know the answer (particularly regarding the air-touch unit) he was in quick contact with someone who did know how to resolve and got back to me quickly. It is this "full responsibility and follow-up" attitude that means that I would absolutely recommend Corey again to anyone that is looking for a recommendation. Once the job was over he was more than happy to take my call to make sure that everything was setup as intended and at the quality I expected.

Corey and his crew were extremely professional from start to finish. He quickly responded to my request for a quote and was more than happy to take the time out to answer any questions I had about the type of unit and process involved. Delivered on installation when he said he would and totally transparent about costing and process involved. Would highly recommend Adcool Airconditioning for your AC heating and cooling needs.
