Our ageing Fujitsu unit failed in mid-November, and with both of us in our 80s, getting reliable cooling back was essential for a good night’s sleep. While several other service companies weren’t even taking bookings, Kellie of Tempercool was incredibly helpful from the very first phone call. Matt came out within two days to assess the situation. Given the age and the nature of the failure, we requested a full changeover. Matt provided a detailed written quote on the spot, and confirmed he could return in just five days to complete the installation. The communication from Tempercool during those days was excellent — clear updates, prompt replies, and genuine care. With rain forecast on the installation morning, Matt even took the initiative to arrive early. He completed the whole job before lunch and his workmanship was exceptional. Matt was courteous, informative and extremely tidy — he explained the installation, demonstrated all the operating features, removed the old unit, and left our home absolutely spotless. The TemperCool crew are a slick operation! Communication was great and we were provided with a time window that our technician would arrive within, as well as a phone call with ETA when he was on the way. I’ve had an awesome experience with everyone at TemperCool. The website is easy to use to initiate service, and the communication was awesome - quick to respond and very polite and helpful. I had Matt come out to do the quote within days of making contact, and then had the install done quickly after. At each visit Matt and his team were so professional and polite, they did a great job of the install. We’re stoked! They even took all the rubbish and left the place like they were never here.
