They know their stuff, communicate options and implications clearly, no hard sell tactics. Feel the price was good value, especially now it’s installed. The install team were friendly, professional and the work ethic was world class as is the quality of the end product. Highly recommend.

We recently had our old air conditioning unit replaced, and couldn't be happier with the service. The team were very professional. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do. The boys completed the installation perfectly and left the spaces clean and tidy. The old units were removed and disposed of, so we had zero mess to tidy after they left. The team at EMIRG are polite and accommodating throughout the entire process. I've had Emirg install air conditioners into two investment units on the Gold Coast, and I was really happy with the service - the price was competitive too. Brendan really knows his stuff and was able to recommend the right sort of unit for the job and he was also able to sort out a tricky installation issue that could have gone really bad. He is easy to deal with and replies to emails, texts, etc., promptly.

I had Brendan install ducted aircon in my house in Alexandra Hills. He did a great job in not only recommending a quality system that will work well throughout our house but did a neat and professional job. I would definitely recommend him to others if you're thinking of air-conditioning installs and repairs. Brendan was happy to answer any questions I had in relation to the install and really went the extra mile. I'll be getting him back in the new year to install more units the other parts of our house.
