Burak and the crew from Chill-Tech have replaced two air conditioners for us, installed a new one, repaired an old one and carried out routine servicing over a number of years. On time, respectful and polite. Pricing is moderate. Always good which is why we go back to them. Very happy customer.

Their workmanship was excellent, and everything was completed to a high standard. A special thank‑you to Hadi, who took extra time to walk me through the air‑conditioning control panel and made sure I understood how everything worked. His patience and clear explanations were greatly appreciated. I also want to acknowledge Burak, the Managing Director, who kept me updated on the progress while a delayed part was on its way. He called a number of times to ensure I knew what was happening, and even followed up after the rebuild was completed to make sure I was happy with the result. Chill-tech air services was referred to me by Daikin warranty department. As scheduled: two smartest cleanly dressed young technicians arrived and were extremely polite. Kudos. Hadi was knowledgeable and found the fault in no time. Warranty parts ( internal blower unit) was ordered, and a week later, Burad, the owner, came to replace the internal unit. He, to, is friendly and a polite person, and obviously knows his stuff. These guys take pride in their work and that is a biggie..

Burak is always very efficient with our annual ducted air-conditioning service. He fully inspects and reviews all aspects of the system, and since he started safe guarding the outdoor unit we have had no issues with geckos frying expensive circuitry. Add in the fact that he is always polite and friendly and also checks my extra split system unit at no extra cost, I would wholeheartedly recommend Chill-Tech's services.

Regular yearly service by these guys keeps our system running well, no need to remember, just lock them in and they will be there - the Chill_Tech team are super helpful, very friendly and extremely reliable.
