Excellent service. Matt came out and spent time diagnosing an issue with my old unit. Something no one else was prepared to do. Unfortunately, the repairs needed outweighed the purchase of a new unit. Matt spent time explaining the pros and cons of certain models, before deciding on a TCL unit. Luckily a cancellation meant my unit was supplied and fitted in the same day. Good price, great service and nice to see a young apprentice learning the trade. Matt was recommended to me by my friend and I have no hesitation in recommending Matt and Gus to anyone. Thanks!

We were told our air conditioning unit was beyond repair and we needed to replace it for over $20k. We were recommended Matt by a friend and he came and thoroughly inspected the unit and was able to repair it. He responded quickly and explained everything in simple terms. The unit is old and could possibly be replaced but it is still in good condition and after Matt repaired it the air conditioning is working amazingly and we haven’t had to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a new unit! Highly recommend Matt!
