Fantastic service and work from Altitude Air Solutions. We had an old gas central heater taken out and new ducted AC installed. The team did a huge job in 1 day, and were tidy with their work. A really great, friendly team too. New system works a treat. Highly recommend Altitude!

Altitude Air Solutions provided a quote for reverse cycling air conditioning in a prompt, polite and professional manner. It was made clear from the get go that due to unprecedented demand the installation would be 2 months in advance and it was almost to the day! The installation went smoothly with great communication prior to and follow up afterwards. The job was very neatly done and the guys explained the workings of the equipment quite clearly. I purchased my airconditioner 7 years ago from Altitude and they were excellent at the time. This week they serviced it for the first time (oops, just didn't get around to it) and they were excellent again. Fast, efficient service at a great price and everything was left spotlessly clean. All communication was first rate too. I would definiely recommend them.

They set expectations very well and always arrived on time (with a handy text message to let you know that their technician is only 20 mins away).
