Firstly, helped me troubleshoot my broken 20 yr old air conditioner on FaceTime on his day off… When I decided to replace, Steven communicated clearly and transparently, and he took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different air conditioning options so I could make an informed decision. The installation was completed on time, exactly as quoted, and the workmanship was extremely professional. No surprises, no shortcuts—just great service. Steve, Ryan and Jeff carried out a very efficient and effective supply and install of two Fujitsu split aircon systems yesterday. Steve and Ryan did a high quality job installing my split system air conditioner today in my apartment at Dolls Point . Very efficient , tidy, good communication from the start and professional service . Highly recommend !!

Prompt call out within 24 hours. Great communication. We had a leak through our roof due to our aircon being incorrectly installed. ABC rectified the problems and we had aircon again, thank goodness because it’s a heatwave!
