Cool Cats ACR Air Conditioning

We have a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area that is enclosed in wall to ceiling glass on two sides so challenging to heat and cool. There is effectively no roof cavity to work with and we wanted to avoid wall units. Kurt and the Team recommended a commercial grade system and devised a way to install the internal units and vent into our kitchen that was being renovated. The Team were always professional and pleasant to deal with and went overboard to ensure the installation, particularly internally, was ‘over engineered’. We did initially have some noise issues with the compressor but Kurt and the Team worked hard to rectify this. We now have an attractive and highly effective solution to keep our open plan area at the ideal temperature!

Kurt quoted competitively on a 2 head split system for our apartment in Kirribilli. He fully understood the requirements of strata and met any challenge there might have been. His technician Beau 's work was exemplary and his attention to detail fastidious. We're very happy with the end result - particularly now it's heating up for summer. Our air-conditioning unit kept tripping. We received quotes from another provider and were so fortunate to have contacted Cool Cats. Cool Cats is an excellent company to deal with. Kurt talked me through everything, always returned calls promptly, answered lots of questions, found solutions to problems and provided a competitive quote. Liam and Rob came to install and were great as well - very courteous and efficient - they care about doing a great job. My situation and installation was a little problematic and I had about 4 other companies come to quote, which they did and then I never heard from them again. No explanations, no returned phone calls. Cool Cats do a fantastic job and I can't recommend them highly enough!
