Climatrol

Climatrol recently replaced our rainwater pump and helped us find the right kitchen rangehood dimensions. The team was punctual, professional, and highly efficient. Their expertise made the process seamless, and their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend Climatrol for any home improvement needs.

After contacting over 10 different air conditioning companies, Climatrol was the only company that wanted to meet and talk to me about what I want to do, explain the options and the costs of going with each one. They were also the only one who was willing and interested in also installing an air-purifier system from another company, which needed to share the air-conditioning ducting. When it came to installation, the boys were amazing and worked with me to find a solution for fitting in all the units and ducting, whilst leaving room for other services as well as catering for a pathway to service the air-purifier. In the end, I have a perfect solution that seemed impossible for the tight roof space caused by my low pitch roof. Everything is positioned well and the ducting looks like a work of art. We've had a very positive experience with Climatrol. In contrast with competitors, they did a site inspection and provided a range of reverse cycle air conditioning options for our house, each engineered to meet our needs and to overcome issues with our old ducted system. On selecting an option, they walked through the quote in detail, providing additional information as required, and accommodating changes as required. The lead installer was courteous, attentive to detail, took care to minimise disruption to the household during the process and was happy to demonstrate the system on completion. He addressed all our queries, and maintained a high standard of work. The resultant system is well suited to our house.

We have a somewhat difficult flat roof house, and the team at Climatrol were fantastic in finding the right heating and cooling solution. There communication was impeccable with regular updates regarding installation and support. Highly recommended.
