The technician who visited us to install our new air conditioner was friendly, helpful, and effecient. He did a great job and we were very pleased with the outcome. This is the third time we have dealt with Capital Air and they never fail to impress with their service and attention to detail. While at the same time being friendly and helpful.

Had a 3.5kw unit installed in bedroom. Great product and quiet unit that cools and heats very well for my needs. Sales person was great to deal with and was at my house quoting before I knew it. Gave great advice on options and choices. Saved me money and a better suited aircon then I had looked at myself. Installers were great to deal with and work performance was excellent.

My wife and I needed an Aircon into our bedroom here in our apartment. After ringing another company who said they don't do commercial buildings, even though it is not. I got through to Capital Air and nothing was a problem. In a few days they were here and both were professional yes even Jack the Apprentice. Last night we both had a perfect sleep with the air conditioner on low and it helps to muffle out all the outside noises around our building. Already our son is going to do the same with Capital Air after seeing ours. I highly recommend Capital Air to anyone. My old evaporative died just before Xmas so really needed a new air con installed so I didn't have to swelter inside in the Xmas heat. Tim promptly came out and quoted and advised on the right system for my needs. The quote came in at a good price and they were able to do it a week before Xmas! Callum came and installed and did a great job!
