We have a house with a flat concrete roof and over the years, the water started to make it's way in causing mould issues in some parts of the house. So glad that we found Terry and Sean and the work done by them to treat the roof has been phenomenal. Not only they have restored the roof and stopped the water ingress, Terry has even come out of his way and found an issue relating to downpipe and not only fixed it but even went out of his way and helped in restoring the indoor paint as well. Thank you Terry & Sean for the restoration of my warehouse roof. The team restored and prevented corrosion & rust, sealed and waterproofed leaks, and applied two coats of their patented coating which has noticeably made the temp many degrees cooler - perfect for summer. Terry, Sean and the team at CCA are a great, professional group who did a wonderful job on our house. It was a complex project with difficult access and they did a super job of figuring out how to do it safely and in a timely way without impacting the neighbours. The CoolBond product itself is performing really well so far with a very noticeable drop in interior temperature, perhaps a 5-6 degree drop on a hot sunny day. Highly recommended.

Sean and Terry provided an excellent service, more than anything I was looking at reducing heat conduction from my roof into my house. The roof is waterproof, sealed and so much cooler than before. Even with really hot days the house is cool and comfortable. Highly recommended company.
