Shady was highly professional and easy to communicate with, and he took the lead in coordinating directly with my tenants, which was a huge help.   VSCO, went above and beyond for us. While I was rushed interstate for work and settlement was happening in my absence, the team took incredible care of my pregnant wife, helping move our furniture and belongings off the street and into the new apartment we had purchased from them. The removalists had refused to take the furniture because there was no loading zone or off-street parking, but the VSCO site team stepped in without hesitation. Their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and willingness to help during such a stressful time made a huge difference. A special thanks to Travis for going the extra step.
