I would highly recommend Ali for anyone considering regrouting. Having trusted one of heavily advertised companies (with catchy jingle) to regrout my shower floors I was left facing some new leaks and an insistence that the regrouting was unrelated to the new leaks. So I went searching for someone to Regrout my shower walls. Ali was incredibly prompt, professional and most important to me he was knowledgeable. After inspecting my shower Ali spoke to me about the construction of the shower and the products he proposed to use on my shower. When Ali went to work removing the caulk he quickly identified the old floor grout had not been adequately removed and replaced and explained what this meant to the integrity of the shower and the reasons why. After discussing this with Ali, I asked him if he could perform a full re-grout of the floor for me, which he agreed to (at a very fair price) while he was still working on the shower walls. Ali finished the job at 7pm on a Saturday night. His work was of a very high quality and has returned my shower to new again. I wish I had of found Ali before I went with the heavily advertised company. It is clear Ali cares about his reputation and his workmanship. I’ve already asked him to come back and do my main shower.

We recently discovered that our ensuite shower was leaking from the bottom, so we contacted Ali to come take a look. During his free onsite visit, he explained that the shower had the wrong type of tile grout and was improperly sealed on the inside and outside. We also have a spare shower, and he explained that that shower would eventually require the same treatment, too. We agreed to have him re-grout and reseal the ensuite shower, and reseal the spare shower for the time being. Ali was able to complete the work for both showers in a single day. His work was extremely detailed and delivered to a high professional standard. He even resealed a section of the ensuite shower that we didn't realise needed addressing - the base of the hot and cold shower taps, which were prone to coming loose from time to time. Both showers were left neat and tidy, ready to use within 24-48 hours respectively. I highly recommend Ali for any shower and bathroom waterproofing services.
