5/5 Stars – Outstanding Bathroom Renovation in Torquay I only have high praises for Navin and Rahul. We needed a full bathroom renovation in our Torquay home and had a strict two-week window to get it finished before family were coming to stay. What could have been a chaotic rush, an endless juggling act of tradies, turned into one of the easiest and most enjoyable building experiences we’ve ever had. From day one, Navin and Rahul ran the entire project like seasoned contractors even though they are primarily tiling masters. They organised everything: sourcing beautiful tiles at excellent prices, bringing in their trusted plumber and shower-screen specialist, handling waterproofing, and even managing small building adjustments along the way. At every step they offered thoughtful, practical advice – steering us toward smart choices that look luxurious without unnecessary expense. Their guidance was spot-on and saved us a lot of money - a LOT - and regret spend. The finished bathroom is amazing. The tiling is flawless – perfectly flat floors, crisp grout lines, precise cuts around every corner and niche, that make the whole bathroom feel high-end. Attention to detail was incredible right down to the silicone work and final clean. They even finished three days ahead of schedule - timing was impeccable. On pricing, we gathered quotes from several well-known local companies in Torquay and were staggered by how high they were. NRN tiling quote was dramatically lower than every other reputable business we approached, yet the materials and workmanship were easily the best we saw. Team’s communication was proactive and daily. If you’re renovating a bathroom or getting tiling done in Melbourne and adjacent area, make these guys your first call. You’ll save time, money, and a huge amount of stress. A massive thank you to both of you – our new bathroom is absolutely perfect and we couldn’t be happier. We’re already looking forward to working with you again on the next project!

We recently had our entire home tiled including our ensuite, bathroom & toilet completely renovated by the fantastic father-son duo Navinbhai & Rahul, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the project were clear in everything they did. They took the time to walk us through every step of the process, offering helpful suggestions while still listening to what we wanted. The tiling work throughout the house is absolutely flawless — clean lines, perfect spacing, and the transitions between rooms are seamless. It really transformed the space. The bathroom renovation was equally impressive. What used to be a dated, cramped room is now a modern, functional, and stylish retreat. They handled everything — plumbing, tilework, fixtures, and finishes — with incredible skill and care. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it was refreshing to see such a close-knit team work so smoothly together. Friendly, punctual, and respectful of our home throughout the process. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship with a personal touch, this is the team to call. Thanks again for making our home feel brand new!
