Very prompt friendly service. Checked the condition of the roof to discover the cause and location of the water damage to the interior of my home. He took photos showing the condition of the terracotta tiles. The photos enabled me to see the condition of the roof, which showed the true condition of the tiles. Nice to have a down to earth tradesman who took time to answered my questions, explaining the condition of my roof.

Very impressed with Andrew, Shane, George and Jessie. Andrew was exceptional in his customer care talking me through the process of what they were about to do , explaining time frames etc. very approachable and knowledgeable,They also cleaned up when they finished. Highly recommend this company , especially Andrew.

Despite some issues with our insurance company, Adrian and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, responsive, and efficient. Their report was detailed and completed incredibly fast. They were quick to contact us with any updates from our insurance company and came to our property multiple times throughout the drying process to make sure things were going as planned. Would highly recommend and will be our first call if anything like this happens again.

I rang a different company first who told me they would call me back in 5 minutes. After an hour I called them back and got the same response before I finally gave up and contacted Complete Water Damage Services.
