On the 6th august 2025 Spectech technician arrived on time with the repair instructions provided by the complex building manager and rang me and efficiently completed the task of sealing a 3m length of minor cracking in the roof slab of the basement carpark which was dripping calcium laden water onto our car during wet weather.
