  Had water damage from a storm. I rang up to get quick response to have water extracted from my carpet. Emergency response tried to save the carpet. The damage was extensive so carpet was removed along with underlay. Extractor fans ran for a week to dry out floor. Emergency response kept me informed and organised a detailed report to our insurer. Very professional organisation.
