Tracey, John and the team at BML are responsive, thorough and genuinely compassionate. We have hired remediation companies before that have been sub par and ended up spreading contamination. BML took considerable time, to inspect and create a remediation plan in a very difficult situation. They understand the kind of sensitivity to mould that effects some of us to the extreme, so much so that i would not trust another remediation company after using BML.

I cannot recommend BML Remediation highly enough. After leaving an abusive marriage, I’ve faced years of housing struggles, including living in rentals with toxic mould that property managers and even QCAT orders could not get properly fixed. At one property, instead of receiving help, I was intimidated and even hindered from securing future housing. When I finally found another home, it too had mould. My options were this or homelessness with my children. This week, the BML team completely changed our lives. Six staff members came into my home and worked tirelessly: removing mould, pulling up carpets, cutting down trees to let in sunlight, washing and cleaning, and running purification systems. Because I live with chronic health conditions, I wasn’t able to do much of the physical work myself, but they treated me with kindness and respect, not pity. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine care went far beyond a service — they gave me and my children a safe, healthy home to live in. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. BML Remediation didn’t just fix a house problem. They reminded me that good people exist, pulled me out of a spiral of depression, and gave me hope again.
